• Returns are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
• Yarns must not be altered, or washed.
• Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For a refund, returns need to be shipped to Misti Alpaca warehouse
•  Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.
• Refunds will only include the cost of yarn
• Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment
